My download did not arrive
Check your spam or junk folder first — that is where it is nine times out of ten. Search for the product name rather than our address.
If it is genuinely not there, write to us with the email address you used at checkout and we will resend it the same day. You do not need a receipt or an order number; we can find it.
I bought a diagnostic and have no access key
The key is emailed when payment completes. If it has not arrived, check spam, then write to us. We will reissue it.
I want a refund
If what you bought is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days and say so plainly. We will refund you. You do not need to justify it, complete a form, or return anything.
We ask only that you tell us what fell short, because that is how it gets better.
I want to cancel a subscription
Use the link in your payment receipt, or write to us and we will cancel it for you. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and there is no notice period, no reason required and no telephone call.
I do not recognise a charge on my statement
Charges from us appear as WWW.NWIEP.COM.
If you are still unsure, write to us before contacting your bank. We can tell you within a day exactly what was bought and when, and if it was not you, we would rather refund it straight away than have it go through a dispute.
I bought the wrong tier, or want to upgrade
Tell us. We will move you up and charge only the difference, rather than making you buy again.
Something in a book or programme troubled me
We would genuinely rather hear it. Write to us directly.
